To have a successful, less stressed, organised, detailed and your dream wedding. There are basic things you need to put in place.

✨ Prayer: pray for God's guidance, help and protection. A lot of things need to be settled in the place of prayers before launching out. Be shielded.

✨ Visualise the kind of wedding you want and have a budget: This has to do with having a mental picture of what you want which of course should go hand in hand with your wedding budget.

✨ Plan: Have sets of intended actions.  I'll advise you to get an event planner which will help you ease a lot of stress. The event planner helps you get a floor plan I.e helping with the initial reviews of all your event will consist after you've given details of what you want to her. It's her job to add up any extra, give you better ideas, fit in your colours and many other things. She also stands in as the middle-man between you and your vendors and does the sorting of vendors too. She negotiates, does a background check, quality check, timing and location among other things.

For those who feel getting an event planner will be too expensive, which I don't think so, I'll advise you to get someone who will stand in and oversee everything for you I.e someone in charge. It pains me a lot to see brides on their big day so stressed, disturbed, and disorganised, all because of improper implementation of their plans. There should be one person in charge of managing your event.

✨Photographs: If you will not do any other thing well, please not your pictures. Amidst other essentials like your wedding certificate and others, get a very good photographer. You may not wear the most expensive clothes or accessories and may not feed everyone or you may not even do a reception but, let your pictures be top-notch. You will have access to them for years to come.

Plus, your official pictures can be taken very early on the day of your wedding, this is in case you want to reduce the cost of maybe bringing in your vendors like photographers and stylists before the day, you may have to cater for them, lodge them and the likes to avoid the extra expenses. Don't wait till after the event, you may be stressed and not looking your best then, and there may not even be time to do all your desired styles.
